Zen nano plus? Thats what I have...
Why do you sync? And how do you sync? That seems to me too limited...
I just use is as a removable disk and drag and drop various mp3s with explorer....
( I mostly listen to educational audios and less music)

Mine is the original Creative Zen.... syncing is plugging it into a USB port and having WMP11 automatically copy (re-encoding as needed to do it) the full contents of my multimedia library to the portable device.
Things like newly recorded TV shows and newly added music/pictures end up on the Zen with nothing more needed than to plug it into the computer. -- PapaJohn

Your player has video also?
can you explain "Things like newly recorded TV shows"
Where do you record them from, from what software-hardware? How do they get into media player? Are these are full video?
I have a tv card and record things if I want to, do you mean that?

I have Vista running on a Media Center system.... the Media Center app is like Tivo for watching and recording TV. I'm watching and recording the Masters series now.
The recordings go into files on my hard drive... and can be watched on the computer using the Media Center software.... they can also be converted/transcoded as needed to copy them to my portable player.... yes, the player has video too.
Go
to my website and check the Distributing Movies > Portable Media Center page. I have pix and video samples and info about the player I use. -- PapaJohn
